Ollang MCP + Airtable

Airtable operates this official hosted MCP server, separately from Ollang. An Airtable organization admin may need to allow-list the integration before users can authorize it.

Use Airtable’s official MCP server with Ollang MCP to build translation pipelines powered by your Airtable bases. Airtable also offers an official Claude connector in the Claude directory and an official ChatGPT app.

Why Airtable + Ollang?

Airtable is widely used for managing localization projects, tracking translation progress, and organizing multilingual content. By connecting both servers, your AI assistant can:

Pull content from Airtable records and submit it to Ollang
Track translation order statuses and update Airtable
Manage glossaries stored in Airtable
Create records with translated content

Setup

The Airtable server uses OAuth and supports Dynamic Client Registration.

Add Airtable through Settings → Connectors → Add Connector, or choose Airtable from the official Claude connector directory. Add Ollang with https://mcp.ollang.com/mcp, then authorize both services.

Example Workflows

Batch translate Airtable content

Find records in the "Product Descriptions" table where Status is "Ready
for Translation". Upload each English Description to Ollang and create
French and German document orders. Write each order ID back to Airtable.

Track localization progress

Check my Ollang orders and update the matching Airtable translation records
with their current status and delivered file links.

Build a glossary

Read approved terms from the Airtable Glossary base and create an Ollang
custom instruction that preserves those terms in every future product
localization order.
