Ollang + Tridion
This integration uses the Ollang browser extension and an Ollang API key. It does not use the Ollang MCP server.
Setup
1
Install the extension
Install Ollang from the Chrome Web Store, or install the Firefox version.
2
Add your Ollang API key
Open the extension popup and paste an Ollang API key. The extension validates the key against the Ollang integration API and stores it locally in your browser.
3
Open Tridion
Visit Tridion Docs or InfoShare on a supported host:
tridion.com, *.tridion.com, *.sdl.com, or *.sdlproducts.com.Document Translation
Select an XML/DITA item in a list view and start the Document Translation order flow. The source language defaults toen; choose the target language explicitly. The selected item is uploaded with a .dita filename. Document orders are created without auto-QC.
Selecting a publication analyzes its publications and creates orders for the publication batch.
Ollang Orders
The extension adds an Ollang Orders tab to the Tridion SecondaryNav alongside the built-in tabs. It lists recent DITA and document orders with filters for:- Status: Completed, Ongoing, Pending, Delivered, Revision, and Waiting for approve
